Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within [1–3] business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow for additional transit time for delivery.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order are a flat rate based on shipping method.
Standard shipping - Estimated delivery [3-5] business days - $8.00
Expediated shipping - Estimated delivery [1-2] business days - $35.00
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Sewn Tales is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
